A Step-by-Step Look at Your First Appointment
We encourage new patients to wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early—unless you’ve completed your paperwork online ahead of time.
- Our team will greet you and ask you to fill out a few forms if you haven’t already done so. It’s nothing overwhelming; just basic history and details about how you’re feeling.
- One of our chiropractic assistants will walk you through a quick orientation and play a short video introducing you to our practice and chiropractic care.
- You’ll meet with one of our chiropractors for a consultation, health history, and range-of-motion exam. If needed, we’ll take on-site X-rays to see exactly what’s going on in your spine.
- You’ll receive light therapies, stretching, or muscle stimulation to ease discomfort immediately. (Adjustments typically begin at your second visit, once we’ve reviewed your imaging.)
- We’ll wrap up by scheduling your report of findings visit, where we’ll go over your results and care recommendations in detail.

Our $30 New Patient Special includes your consultation, spinal exam, X-rays (if needed), and therapies. We work with most major insurance companies, accept VA and accident cases, and offer payment flexibility, including CareCredit, HSA, and FSA.

Prospine Chiropractic is located off Yorktown on the south side of Corpus Christi, in the same shopping center as Prime Steakhouse and Cancun Mexican Restaurant. There’s free parking right out front, and the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away.
